Ingredients
- 1 cup sliced smoked marlin fish
- 2-3 stalks spring onion greens , chopped
- ½ raw mango , peeled and sliced into thin fingers
- 1 medium tomato , seeded and sliced into thin fingers
- 1 medium onion , sliced
- 3 teaspoons passion fruit pulp
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder to taste
- 2-3 lemon slices to decorate
Method
- Put smoked fish, spring onion greens, raw mango, tomatoes and onions into a mixing bowl.
- Add passion fruit, squeeze the juice of ½ lemon, add extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper powder and mix well
- Transfer onto a serving plate, decorate with lemon slices and serve immediately.
