Ingredients for Smoked Fish Salad Recipe

  • Smoked marlin fish , sliced 1 cup

  • Spring onion greens chopped 2-3 stalks

  • Raw mango , peeled and sliced into thin fingers ½

  • Tomato , seeded and sliced into thin fingers 1 medium

  • Onion sliced 1 medium

  • Passion fruit 3 teaspoons

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • Extra virgin olive oil 2 teaspoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper powder to taste

  • Lemon slices 2-3 to decorate


Step 1

Mix together smoked fish, spring onion greens, raw mango, tomatoes and onions in a bowl.

Step 2

Add passion fruit, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper powder and mix well.

Step 3

Transfer onto a serving plate, decorate with lemon slices and serve immediately.
