By Sanjeev Kapoor 29 Jul 2019 in Recipes Course New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Main Ingredients Basa fillets, Juice of 1 lemon Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Seafood Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Grilled Tawa Fish 2-3 Basa fillets Juice of 1 lemon 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon Coriander powder 18-20 Curry leaves 4 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 Egg 1/2 cup Rice flour 1 tablespoon Oil 1 Green capsicum cut into juliennes 2 medium Onions sliced 1 Tomato seeded and cut into juliennes Method Cut the fish into medium size pieces and place them in a bowl. Add lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt, red chilli powder and coriander powder and mix well. Roughly chop curry leaves and add to the fish alongwith the chopped coriander and egg. Mix well. Add rice flour and mix again. Heat oil in a non-stick grill pan. Place fish pieces and cook till evenly done from both the sides. Transfer the cooked fish on a serving dish. Add the capsicum, onion and tomato in the same pan and sauté for a minute.
