Ingredients
- 2 red capsicums
 - 2 yellow capsicums
 - 2 green capsicums
 - 2 medium onions
 - 2 cloves garlic
 - 2 tomatoes
 - 2 tablespoons ghee
 - 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
 - 2 green cardamoms
 - 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
 - 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
 - Salt to taste
 - 2 tablespoons sugar
 
Method
- Char the skins of the capsicums in the oven or by holding it over the gas flame with the help of a fork till the skin scorches and blisters.
 - Leave them aside to cool and then remove the skin, stalk and the seeds. Peel and chop the onion. Peel and crush the garlic cloves. Wash and chop the tomatoes.
 - Heat ghee in a pan and add mustard seeds and cardamoms. When the mustard seeds start to crackle add the onion and garlic. Sauté till the time the onions are light golden in colour.
 - Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and sauté for a minute. Add the chopped tomatoes, salt and sugar. Finally add the capsicum and fry few minutes, stirring occasionally Cover and cook for further three to five minutes.
