This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 27 Jul 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Soya Nuggets, Green Chutney Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Soya Chutneywala 1½ cups Soya Nuggets soaked and drained 1 cup Green Chutney 1 tablespoon Oil 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 3-4 Green chillies 10-12 Curry leaves 2 medium Onions sliced 2 medium Tomatoes quartered 1½ tablespoon Coriander powder ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 tablespoon Ginger finely chopped 1 tablespoon Garlic finely chopped 1 teaspoon Cumin powder 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Dried mango powder 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder 1 cup Thick yogurt to taste Salt for garnis Birds eye chillies Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and green chillies and sauté for half a minute. Add curry leaves and onions and sauté till translucent. Add tomatoes, coriander powder, turmeric powder, ginger, garlic, cumin powder, red chilli powder, dried mango powder, garam masala powder and black pepper powder and mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add green chutney, yogurt and salt and mix well. Add soya nuggets and mix well and cook till soya nuggets are done. Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with bird’s eye chillies and serve immediately.
